Beading, hand embroidery and delicate construction, cleaned by hand.
Couture pieces are built differently. Hand set beading, boned structure, layered silk, trims that were never meant to go near a machine. They have to be read before they are cleaned.
We go over each piece first and note what is fragile, then choose the method around the construction rather than the care label. Anything we are unsure of is quoted and talked through with you before work starts.
