Leather and suede are skin. Cleaning them the way you would clean fabric strips the oils out and leaves the hide stiff and pale, which is the damage people usually arrive with.
These go through a process built for hide: cleaned gently, then reconditioned to put the oils back. Colour loss, dry patches and worn edges are assessed first, and we tell you plainly what can and cannot be brought back.
